build a solid sales fundamental strategy and plan to maximize our distribution and presence in the channel.
execute brand development projects (promotion, loyalty programs, incentives, visibility, etc.)
with shopper & customer marketing and medman derma team for our distributors and final key customers.
develop, together with medman and the shopper & customer marketing team, the promotion strategy for medical congresses.
manage daily business interactions with distributors and final customers, including the administration of trade spend, receivables, and resolving ad-hoc accounts issues.
ensure an appropriate long-term business relationship across channel customers.
demonstrate leadership capabilities by leading, encouraging, and motivating internal teams and customer sales force teams.
