for our procurement organization we are currently looking for a:
group process owner (m/f/d) plan to manufacture (p2m)
this position is a critical process design role for the group in the supply chain, covering the entire material to inventory functional areas.
possible locations are:
* murcia, spain
this is what you can expect:
1. play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing manufacturing processes across our global supply chain.
2. report to the head of manufacturing excellence and take responsibility for designing, implementing, and continuously improving our plan to manufacture processes.
3. ensure seamless end-to-end integration from material planning to inventory management.
4. lead process governance, defining global standards while working closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, planning, procurement, quality, supply chain finance, and it.
5. drive efficiency, standardization, and innovation across all manufacturing sites.
this is what you need to be successful in this role:
1. extensive knowledge and experience in manufacturing, engineering, and food processing.
2. strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain functions, including planning and procurement.
3. proficiency in sap/erp systems and process optimization tools.
4. ability to define, implement, and govern global process standards with a strategic mindset.
5. strong leadership skills with experience in coaching teams for high performance.
6. excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
7. exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, persuade, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
8. full professional proficiency in english (c1 level or higher).
