About the role
we are looking for a media data specialist.
this role is ideal for someone with a minimum experience of 2 years in media and social monitoring and analysis, in a fast-paced and highly international environment.
key responsibilities.
• data collection and management.
• collect data from multiple media sources (amongst social media platforms, television, radio, print, digital advertising channels, etc.)
• ensure data accuracy and consistency in projects.
• creation of basic and complex search queries / taxonomies, using boolean language
• monitoring & data analysis.
• set up and maintain an efficient alerting system, based on the account teams' project needs (taxonomies, frequency, respondents, etc.).
• analyze media performance metrics, such as visibility, reach, engagement, conversions, or roi.
• carry out thorough and pertinent data analysis on audience behavior, content preferences, and market trends specific to americas.
• reporting and visualization.
• produce clear and actionable research reports (daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly reports) using visual storytelling.
• create and maintain live dashboards in media monitoring tools hosted by preferred partners.
• tailor reports to meet regional needs, considering language and cultural nuances hours requirements candidates can choose between two distinct schedules.

• fluent english.
• excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• strong numeracy and analytical skills.
• strong knowledge of the microsoft suite (word, powerpoint, excel).
• high level of organizational and time management skills.
• high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• understanding north american business culture.
• knowledge of pr / communications, and marketing.
• ability to work closely with international stakeholders and adapt to the demands of a global organization.
• ability to work independently and as part of a team.
