The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:
1. collaborate with the site leadership team to drive the development and execution of site strategy.
2. track and report key performance indicators (kpis) to support data-driven decision-making.
3. prepare and review monthly business reports providing insights on variances and improvement opportunities.
4. oversee the capital expenditure (capex) investment plan and actively participate in project teams to ensure timely implementation.
5. ensure the accuracy of monthly cost accounting and compliance with local gaap / ifrs standards.
6. monitor working capital (owc) and inventory balances to meet financial targets.
7. support the quality framework, emphasizing its importance in operational excellence.
8. review and approve contracts and purchase orders according to authorization limits.
9. conduct sop reviews and approvals to ensure compliance.
10. manage product costing calculations and quarterly standard cost updates.
11. submit budget, forecasts, and monthly outlooks accurately and on time, in accordance with corporate instructions.
the selected candidate must meet the following requirements:
* bachelor or above in accounting or related field.
* 10 years working experience in finance controlling roles in manufacturing.
* fluent in english, both written and verbal.
* proven experience in erp sap.
* excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
* effective planning and organizational abilities.
