profile: bachelor's degree in economic-administrative areas (completed).
minimum of 2 years of experience in manual and systematic payroll calculation, variable incidences, social obligations, risk premiums, among other tasks.
knowledge of lft, isr, imss, infonavit, fonacot.
advanced english required.
negotiation skills responsibilities: coordinate the analysis, planning, execution and control of the configuration of new payroll outsourcing projects with the payroll, accounting, and imss input processes for integration into human quality operations.
establish the first contact with the client to identify the requirement and take it to the back office project team.
