We are looking for a junior manager of performance & analytics to support our digital transformation initiatives by ensuring data quality, consistency, and strategic alignment across all programs. This role is critical in providing validated insights, maintaining a unified data lake, and enabling data-driven decision-making throughout the organization. You will work closely with it, data, and people teams, as well as project stakeholders, to track performance, enforce governance standards, and generate actionable reports.
key responsibilities:
* manage and maintain a centralized data lake as the single source of truth for digital transformation performance, integrating data from various platforms and teams.
* ensure timely and accurate data loading by collaborating with project owners and maintaining consistency across all transformation platforms.
* monitor data quality and governance, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and promoting integrity and transparency.
* track and report on pod (cross-functional team) performance, ensuring accurate kpi measurement and delivering actionable performance reports.
* support it, data, and people teams by facilitating access to necessary insights and analytics resources.
* provide validated insights to the portfolio lead to inform strategic decision-making, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
* foster strong internal relationships with stakeholders to promote consistency and adoption of best practices in data management.
* define and control the roadmap related to performance monitoring, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
* establish and maintain transformation governance policies to guide consistency across projects and ensure alignment with organizational standards.
* oversee documentation for all transformation projects, ensuring accessibility, clarity, and accountability.
* develop and enforce consistent reporting methodologies for digital transformation, aligning with strategic objectives.
qualifications:
education:
* bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
* additional training or postgraduate studies in data analytics, project management, or digital transformation is a plus.
experience:
* minimum of 7 years of experience in data management, analytics, or performance tracking in digital transformation or related areas.
* proficient in tools such as power bi, tableau, sql, or similar.
* solid understanding of data lakes, data governance, and quality standards.
skills:
* strong knowledge of data analytics and its application in digital projects
* familiarity with agile methodologies and digital project environments
* advanced skills in data visualization and reporting tools
* ability to produce clear and executive-level reports
