*essential duties and responsibilities*:- analysis and management of all service center inquiries.- give advisory to the service center network across mexican country.- analysis of documents such as contracts, agreements.- encode of data bases of related information to the service center operation.- coordinate with the third party warehouse all deliveries, wrong products, delayed deliveries, wrong address deliveries.- solve member inquiries.- manage budget.- monitor and complete all pending service center's inquiries- organize mega events (quotations, negotiations, visit facilities, etc)- coordinate with customer service staff all issues regarding to invoice, deliveries, shipments, etc.- preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports.- perform other related tasks, assigned from time to time.
