*the must haves*
- proven customer support, client service, or direct client-facing experience and skill.
- *typing speed* - 40-45 wpm minimum, 60 wpm is preferred.
- *bilingual *- fluent in english and spanish
- experience dealing with american customers, or experience with american vernacular, a plus.
- *equipment*: desktop or laptop combined with an additional monitor/screen (mid to large size), mouse and keyboard is essential to the role.
machine should have at least 6gb ram processing power, 8gb ram would be preferred
- *internet connection*: minimum of a 30mbps high-speed connection is required - higher is better.

- familiarity with crm systems and practices.

*hours of operation*:we are operating 24/7 eastern to pacific time (u.s. and canada).
workweek is 48 hours, we are recruiting for day, night, and swing shifts times.
*wage*:16,000mnx per month plus supplemental bonuses offered including performance bonuses, healthcare, savings fund, wfh allowance, insurance.
