Talent acquisition (ta) associate job description should contain the following duties and responsibilities:
- investigate and determine employee needs
- develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies

- lead, oversee, and supervise members of the recruiting team

- 18.5” led monitor - or larger. The second monitor may be required for certain job descriptions
- webcam or other video monitoring for meetings and/or supervision
- reliable internet with 5 mb upload speed minimum (necessary for quality internet phone conversations).
- reliable power connection with ups (battery backup).
