this position is for an administrative specialist and staff coordinator for all activities of the monterrey technology hub such as: communication, travel scheduling, attention to visits, reports, presentations, management of agendas and assistance to staff. Coordinate site key events and admin support for top management.
*key responsibilities*:
- administrative support for monterrey technology hub
- management of the agenda for mth top engineering managers
- prepare expense reports and administrative paperwork
- coordination and logistics of visits
- coordination for key events, transportation & cafeteria
- ensure ethics compliance and requirements.
- communication meetings and internal communications support
- administration of purchase orders
- administration of conference rooms
- preparation of reports, executive presentations
*basic qualification*:
bachelor's degree or engineering
advanced english
more than 2 years of experience in administrative positions
*preferred qualifications*:
- strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- excellent business acumen.
- ability to conduct events and workshops with cross-functional teams.
- storytelling and communication appropriate to various levels of the organization.
- cross-functional and cross-cultural engagements.
