- asegúrese de comunicación e implementación de procesos de rr.hh.
- apoya a empleados y líderes de línea / directos de línea con la participación de sindicato en cuestiones diarias de rr.hh.
- revisión de headcount con producción
- asegurarse de las condiciones laborales de sbd
- apoyo a eventos
- aplicación y conocimiento de la lft y su reglamento
- promover iniciativas de bienestar emocional, físico y mental
- fomentar diversidad, inclusión y equidad
- promover grupos de empleados (ergs)
- ser guía y apoyo de los supervisores y colaboradores
*responsabilidades asociadas a los sistemas de gestión de iso9001, iso14001 e iso 45001*
- asegurarse de que los sistemas de gestión de calidad, medio ambiente y de salud y seguridad en el trabajo sea implementado y mantenido conforme a los requisitos de las normas vigentes de iso 9001, iso 14001 e iso 45001 respectivamente, cuando se planifiquen e implementen cambios
- rendir cuentas con relación a la eficacia de los sistemas de gestión de calidad, medio ambiente y de salud y seguridad en el trabajo a la alta gerencia y su equipo de trabajo
- asegurarse de que se cumplan las políticas de calidad y de ehs.
- asegurarse de tener y/o solicitar los recursos necesarios para la implementación de los sistemas de calidad, medio ambiente y de seguridad y salud
- mantener la comunicación en todos los níveles sobre el desempeño de la organización respecto a los sistemas de gestión de calidad, seguridad y salud.
