*responsibilities*:as an online instructor, you will provide one-on-one lessons to help students enhance their pronunciation.

*what you'll need*:to apply, you should meet the following requirements:- *experience*: at least two years of esl or pronunciation teaching experience.- *tech requirements*: proficiency with skype and a reliable internet connection.- *qualifications*: one of the following:- tefl/tesol/celta certification- a bachelor's degree in linguistics or english- a degree or certification in vocal training*compensation & growth*:- *starting pay*: $16 usd per hour (approximately $330.00 mxn).- *advancement*: enjoy guaranteed raises of $0.50 usd per hour for every 250 teaching hours, earning up to $25 usd per hour (approximately $510.00 mxn).
