what do you get to do in this position?
1. support environmental, sustainability & compliance (green premium) initiatives for h&d north america.
2. support the internal teams to execute green premium / sustainability action plans inclusive of product environmental profiles.
3. support customers on green premium requests and lead internally to keep the products' information updated.
4. support new projects to secure gp compliance with the offer.
5. support/train/coach the offer creation teams to implement the eco-design practices within new products.

education level: bachelor's degree required.
experience: exposed to environmental/sustainable topics like waste management and reduction, local legal requirements, and environmental campaigns.
health & safety: have a notion on risk assessment, accident investigation, hazard identification, (stps) legal requirements, health & safety commission.
skills: passion for sustainability and safety. Excellent communication skills (english/spanish). Leadership. Ability to influence collaborators and perform teamwork. Able to manage/organize/optimize databases & information. Able to train others on safety and environmental topics.
