Roles & responsibilities:
1.channel and business development and achieve the sales target.
2.analyze market situation and set the sale & marketing strategy
3.providing technical & sales support for channels and cultivate the key resellers.
4.channel management including order, customer registration, channel conflict, business review and agreement.
5.introduce products to relative marketing resources including industry association, cad/cam media, 3rd party developers and so on.
6.team building
qualifications and skills:
1.bs degree or above (business & marketing, mechanical, engineering, other major’s vision related, etc.)
2.5+ years’ experience in channel development & partner management experience in mfg or aec industry.
3.strong sales and business development experience.
4.result driven, good communication skills, interpersonal skills and complexity managing.
5.understand local cad/cam software industry and relative products.
6.good written and verbal english ability.
Others
office based in mexico city, and frequent travel to the whole country if necessary
