*what you will do*:
in this vital role you will be accountable for developing strategies and the implementation of them through sales force, marketing & cross functional team to improve revenues in hematology business in mexico.
- develop local bran plan, according to lifecycle, access & lrs expectation.
- ensures right targeting & segmentation on the field (supported by sme)
- establish important metrics for sales force to ensure the accurate implementation of mkt tactics (supported by sme)
- partners with the medical in the development and conduction of the medical affairs and promotional strategies
- successful realization of events in c3 platform (budget, venues, documentation, etc.)
- attracts, develops, and retains talents, and ensures effective coaching and performance assessment.
- in partnership to psp team, develop & implement strategies to increase patient's adherence.
- ensure the implantation of c360 campaigns & digital initiatives.
- enhance & reinforce our compliance culture.
- follow up to compliance recommendations & findings.

what we seek in you as an experienced professional, are these qualifications and skills:
*minimum requirements*:
- higher academic education (university or mba degree)
- established experience in industry
- proven ability in marketing management
- proficiency in english, both oral and written communications
- documented track record of success, incl.
product launches
- digital literacy (ms office programs)
- management information (iqvia, close up, inefam, etc)
- basic finance skills (p&l)
*preferred requirements*:
- 5 years in a leading pharmaceutical/biotechnology company
- expertise in franchise area (e.g., hematology, oncology, etc.)
- previous track record as bu manager
- management experience of a relevant-sized team
- 1 to 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical selling
