we are seeking a proactive and self-motivated full-time administrative assistant to join our team. This position requires a bilingual individual (spanish/english) to work in an office environment.
the ideal candidate for this position will demonstrate high standards, excellent communication skills, and the ability to take initiative and prioritize daily tasks.
essential duties and responsibilities
* provides on-boarding support for new clients – contacts clients by phone to assist with billing and systems set-up
* manage calendars and schedule meetings with clients
* follow up on past-due client accounts receivable
* provide general administrative support, including billing, data entry, filing extensions, and electronic filing of forms
* assist with returning phone calls, preparing written correspondence, and communicating with clients by email
* assist with travel arrangements
* provide administrative support to assigned partners and senior management, including filing, scanning, and copying documents
* prepare reports and records
* provide exceptional customer service, support, and follow-up for clients by phone and email
* perform other duties as assigned, including backing up administrative team colleagues
qualifications
* ability to speak, read, and write in both spanish and english
* professional degree
* minimum of two years of related experience
* exceptional customer service skills (preferred)
