Condeleon investment group is hiring bilingual customer service representatives for our marketing and sales departments.
we are a real estate acquisitions company based out of raleigh, north carolina, usa with our focus in residential real estate.
requirements:
- prior sales and customer service experience + skills are required.
- a strong internet connection and reliable computer.
- no distractions whatsoever + controlled environment to ensure maximum productivity & efficiency.
- fluent in advanced english language (both written and verbal)
- excellent communication skills especially on the phones.
- 100% comfortable with speaking to potential sellers, etc on a daily basis.
this is mandatory!
- responsible, punctual, and committed.
- willing to learn and train on a daily basis.
- must be disciplined & able to commit to our working schedule of m-f 8:30 am - 6:30 pm est.
- willing to undergo 2 weeks non-paid training period in order to gain full-time long term guaranteed employment.
*salary*: $150 week (paid bi-weekly)
