*responsibilities*
- develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve territory goals and objectives.
- manage territory sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and upselling existing accounts.
- cultivate and maintain strong relationships with your accounts, our business is strongly built for repeat customers and establishing a book of business.
- conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends.
- collaborate with our sales teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and service delivery.
- negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
*qualifications*
- proven experience in territory sales management or similar roles, preferably in building supply or home renovation sales.
- excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
- experience in upselling products or services to existing customers.
- ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- proficiency in spanish and other language is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
