this role combines hands-on it support with opportunities to contribute to strategic it initiatives, such as migrating and building out our pc management system with intune.
you will help ensure seamless day-to-day it operations while driving impactful projects to scale our technology infrastructure securely and effectively.as an it support & systems engineer, your responsibilities will include:it support and ticket management:act as the primary point of contact for it-related issues, providing tier-1 and tier-2 support across the organization.manage and prioritize it tickets through jira service management, ensuring timely and effective resolution.log, track, and resolve it incidents while maintaining a high standard of customer service.look for opportunities to introduce, augment, or automate through ai and other related tooling.endpoint deployment and management:oversee device management for macos and windows using kandji and intune.lead the migration of pcs to intune and build out its configuration to ensure seamless and secure device management.implement and refine zero-touch deployment strategies for all endpoints.onboarding and offboarding:manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring secure access setup and device provisioning for new hires and departures.identity and access management:administer and enhance our okta environment, including saml and scim integrations and the creation of workflows with okta workflows.collaborate with people operations to manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes
