our client is a u.s.-based legal services/law firm. They are seeking a marketing project manager to oversee marketing initiatives, optimize processes, and ensure seamless team coordination.

what you’ll do
project planning & execution
* develop and manage marketing project plans and editorial calendars, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and business objectives.
* oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital ads, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
* define project scopes, timelines, deliverables, and resources to meet quality standards.
* optimize workflows using project management tools such as airtable, asana, monday.com, or jira.
marketing & sales operations
* collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to streamline data flows between marketing and sales systems.
* oversee lead tracking, crm automation, and campaign attribution reporting from marketing and sales systems.
* identify and implement process improvements to enhance speed-to-lead conversion, campaign reporting, and customer engagement.
* ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines in all marketing communications.
stakeholder collaboration
* act as the primary liaison between marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure project success.
* facilitate weekly check-ins and performance reviews with leadership to track key campaign and marketing metrics.
process optimization & data-driven insights
* identify gaps in marketing workflows and implement automation to improve campaign efficiency.
* track and analyze campaign performance, generating insights that drive budget allocation and strategy adjustments.
* develop and maintain comprehensive reporting systems using tools like google analytics, looker, or tableau.
* collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize monthly marketing and sales dashboards to track performance, efficiency, and campaign roi.
program management & compliance
* own key marketing programs, such as customer engagement events, thought leadership initiatives, and branded educational resources.
* ensure compliance with immigration marketing regulations and industry best practices.
* work with legal teams to ensure all marketing materials adhere to ethical guidelines and accurately represent legal services.
is this you?
* fluent in spanish & english (spoken and written)
* 5+ years of experience in marketing project management, operations, or campaign execution.
* strong knowledge of campaign performance tracking (lead conversion, engagement rates, and roi analysis).
* proficiency in crm and marketing automation tools (salesforce, hubspot, or similar).
* skilled in project management tools (asana, monday.com, jira, etc.).
* strong communication and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
* experience in b2b marketing, corporate branding, or professional services marketing is a plus.
