regional authority and interface to communications services
active voice with the communications service line, representing mexico's needs and reinforcing our importance for rapid resolution, speed to embed strategic changes and first-out-of-the-gate with new services.
strategic and change program lead for maintaining effective environment and landing new services.
examples: include replacing obsolete equipment (e.g., removing lines from third party providers), coordinate improvements for wi-fi coverage throughput our locations (especially supply chain locations), and addressing systematic issues (e.g., last mile providers, primary/secondary connections).
interaction with service line and third parties (e.g., cisco, microland) on global initiatives landing in mx or organizational changes (e.g., replacing an specific provider to another in key services).
identify and utilize with the service line the key performance indicators (kpi) to measure and manage services.
expand breadth to support initiatives that require connectivity componentry.
contribute to site-wide service remediation (e.g., site-wide wi-fi capacity issues) and p1 resolutions (e.g., issues with last mile providers).
financial management & sw controls
cost budgeting and forecasting for data and voice service areas.
interface with it services lines to "handshake" on run costs and quarterly forecasting.
identify, and act upon, cost avoidance opportunities.

- bachelors preferred
- will need an understanding of network standards from communications services, specifically a working knowledge of lan, wan, voice and data services.
- minimum 2 years of experience in service delivery role with high exposure to and/or responsibility for both the delivery of change management and ongoing support.
- strong working knowledge of all facets of communications services (e.g., wi-fi standards) and security practices
- relationship building skills are essential to foster collaboration and credibility, and communication skills (written and oral) are critical to the role's success.
