responsibilities:
1. establishing relationships from scratch with potential clients, business owners, and c-level executives in mexico, and signing them on as members.
2. acquiring customers and generating revenue for our core product, machinio.com.
3. complying with kpis and goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
4. collaborating and strategizing with the north american business development team to improve aspects applicable to your role, as well as to the overall growth of the company.
requirements:
1. comfort-level with establishing relationships from scratch.
2. ability to learn fast!
3. confidence in carrying/maintaining/exceeding sales quotas.
4. ability to negotiate exceptionally well.
5. ability to serve as a consultant, with a problem-solving approach.

compensation
1. base salary + uncapped commission structure fully discussed on the 2nd step of the interview process.

2. step 2 - google meets video interview with one of our team leads.
3. step 3 - final interview with director of sales, north america.
