total rewards icm analyst is responsible for executing and reviewing payment processes related under icm (incentive compensation management) for all sales employees of latam.
execution must to be aligned with local needs (time and shape) and integrated in to vendor's tool.
core process must connect local teams and esbo's cci central team to ensure the correct and timely payment in payroll.

follow up hr for timely data input for bonus calculations

work with sales for timely quota and sales data input

ensure that the bonus calculations gets to esbo team (cci) in a timely manner.

support agenda for employees' data cleaning in myhr

secure employee payment payment

track of errors and corrections, retroactive and salary adjustments
12.
execute changes under calculation tool as necessary (commission and bonuses tables, routes, among others)
13.
guide and advise hrs and sales team on the correct use of the icm tool
14.
follow up with local tr teams to anticipate changes in compensation models

- bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field
- desirable functional knowledge in payroll or variable compensation processes
- 2+ years of analysis processes experience preferred
- 50% fluent in english and 100% spanish and portuguese (written & verbal skills)
- advanced knowledge in excel, power point, word
