- vendor management, coordinate and manage relationships with external vendors to ensure the correct functioning of our infrastructure
- it asset management, inventory check, asset record, lifecycle management (configuration, delivery, disposal), computer equipment, cellphones, printers, production terminals and peripherals.
- identify potential service enhance opportunities and design the corresponding solutions.
- cooperate with local projects, ensure the initiatives can be landed smoothly.
- create and resolve incident and service requests, report errors and troubleshoot with next level it teams or third-party partners
- install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade all hardware and equipment (including but not limited to pc, servers, ups, voip, printers, and scanners) to ensure efficient performance

- ability to collaborate across multiple functions, departments and levels about it requirements.
- ability to conduct research into pc issues and products as required.
- technical knowledge of pcs software and hardware.
preferably ms windows environment, office 365.
- motivated by providing excellent user support
- basic knowledge of active directory
