responsible for the full-cycle of the pre offer and pre hire processes for south cone, andean and caricam markets, working in alignment with sdts, mbs and local teams.
*accountabilities*
- deliver correct screen and sourcing aligned with business requirement
- backoffice management of need to hire process, initiating request trough myservices/ats system.
- develop and negotiate the offer terms (e.g.
comp.
sign on bonus, vacation time, benefits, etc.)
- support approvals for levels, sign-on bonuses
- review the offer, complete governance checks, and follow up on outstanding questions
- manage scheduling process for all countries of scope.
- manage pre hire process.
- periodically review and manage open requisition report for accuracy
- deliver services at the defined at the slas/kpis and drive operational efficiency and continuos improvement
- identify and implement service delivery and process improvement opportunities
- manage new hire documentation process.

*qualifications/requirements*:*
education/requirements*
- bachelor degree (business, psychology, hr, or related)
- intermediate in english and spanish (written & verbal skills), portuguese (desirable)
- a minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience.
- previous intermediary experience with high-volume, full-lifecycle talent acquisition/staffing experience for professional-level.
- previous agency or search firm experience is also relevant and will be considered or previous hr experience
- proficient in full suite of microsoft suite of products: word, excel, powerpoint, outlook

- experience in share services model
- prior work experience within another cpg or manufacturing organization and/or within another large, global, matrixed environment
- displays professionalism and interest to learn in an effort to develop strong client partnerships
- personable, high energy individual that is passionate about recruitment and enjoys working in a fast paced, innovative, dynamic organization

- proficient oral and written communication skills
