main purpose:
we're searching for someone who is passionate about foods and aims to have a regional marketing role in latam.
objective of position is to lead the soups and meal solutions platform strategy mainly for méxico & latam, from medium term strategy to launch of innovation together with that development of communication campaigns.
what you will do:
- lead market analysis for new opportunities for soups and meal solutions- develop of medium and long term strategy for soups, mini meals and meal solutions focused on growing the mexico whilst capitalizing on other countries- develop winning mixes for category- lead cross-functional teams (r&d, supply, cmi, legal) to successfully deliver projects on time- develop business cases for short and long-terms- frequent engagement with both local and global marketing teams- brief, develop and implement communication launch plans for new brands and categories
what you´ll need to succeed:
- proficiency with data analytics, generating insights and leveraging them in creative ways to uncover new opportunities to enable a dialogue with consumers;strong analytical & strategic thinking skills to help drive strategic business plans forward;- demonstrated skills on spotting opportunities and moving quickly to capitalize on them: you show initiative, you are ingenious, resourceful and you make things happen, you feel comfortable exploring new spaces and opportunities- strong skills with p&l/ business case, analytical and strategic thinking- innovation and cross-functional team expertise- experience managing multiple projects at the same time- can deliver under pressure, you act with courage and thrive on holding self and others accountable on delivering stretching targets;- ability to communicate across different stakeholder groups to influence decision-making- ability to work and help teams thrive despite change, ambiguity, and complexity;- proficiency in english and spanish
