* proficient in using project management and office tools such as planview and ms office (powerpoint, excel, word, visio).
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
* solid problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
* strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* familiarity with managing financial aspects of projects, including cost management and resource allocation.
* familiarity with the insurance industry is essential.
* fluent in english, with strong communication skills.
