- are you able to track sales leads, coordinating quotes with sales packs, providing customer service, and managing customer accounts?

you will be responsible for:
- analyzing business performance (processes, products, services and systems) by identifying trends, issues requiring attention, and improvement opportunities to make proposals of profitable business decisions that are based on data, analytics, and insights.
- supporting salespersons in back-office tasks (tenders, orders, documents, equipment - sap, tendering tool and crm) and customer inquiries
- maintaining customer data and hierarchies in sap + crm as instructed by salesperson or key account manager
- monitoring the leads and new opportunities in crm and assigns them to right person
- following up the customer's approval of designs and lay-out drawings
- supporting sales in making tenders and orders, creating the order / contract / equipment in sap and maintaining the customer data in crm and sap.
- invoicing and monitoring of overdue payments (in some fl's)
- providing reports and summaries for sales, marketing, installation, delivery, finance managers etc.
you will bring:
- 5+ years of experience in a business analytics and sales support similar position
- bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering or related
- demonstrated knowledge of customer service, sales process, and business analysis
- strong verbal and written communication skills in english/ spanish
- proficiency in sap, power bi and salesforce is a must
