in this role you will track rga & rma area, in order to fulfill kpis of the area, share quality alerts of customer complaints from quality investigations, support concerns program, help to get customer satisfaction and keep records of the quality systems.
*your responsibilities*:
- follow-up y control of rgas area:
- inventory by keeping tracking file updated.
- provide to auditor reworking plan based on schedule.
- track shipment of reworked material.
- manage the quality systems, gensuite and continuous improvement tasks in pps.
- develop quality alerts generated by quality investigations led by customer service.
- support customer service activities by collecting spare parts replacements and assuring delivering in shipping area.
- register scrap generated by replacement orders & by reworking area.

- location: ramos arizpe, coah.

- currently enrolled (1 year before of graduation)
- advanced english, excel intermediate knowledge, sap desired
- skills: proactive & results oriented profile, strong oral and written communication, working well in a team, good time management.
