Joining us as data analyst, you will join a group of passionate, dynamic, and customer-focused data analytics team.
you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the team in streamlining existing processes and identify areas for operational improvements.
*as a data analyst, you will:
- development to executive reports with trends, graphs, dashboards, infographic and enhance to energy consumption benefits and performance to operation equipment our monitoring area.
- identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and present written business recommendations
- collaborate with multiple teams as a leader of quantitative analysis and where you develop solutions that utilize the highest standards of analytical rigor and data integrity
- analyze and solve business problems at their root
- build data driven reports, store procedures, query optimization using sql and pl/sql knowledge.
- learned the essentials to c++ and java to refine code and build the exterior layer of web pages.
- create monthly performance-based client energy billing reports using mysql databases.
- develop and design sql procedures and linux shell scripts for data export/import and for converting data.
- monitor the changes in the kpi's in real time to give better recommendations to the clients.
- performing analytics and data base modeling to analyze data of customer operations to identify recurrent fails
- derive business value and improving the digital connectivity to the customers by designing models and performing analytics
*requirements*:
*required education, experience & skills
- bachelor's degree or intern in computer science, computer engineering, it engineering or in a similarly engineering-minded field.
- minimum of 1 year of validated experience
- strong problem solving and analytical skills
- english as a plus
- knowledge on refrigeration, hvac systems it's a plus
