as a payroll analyst you will supervise sales payroll, ensuring that our services are in line with sla's.
success in the role will depend on your analytical skills and your ability to provide technical payroll expertise to teams that you will support.
as well as generating solutions to issues that arise, you will also be expected to search for process optimization opportunities.
our payroll services are currently migrating from the hyderabad business services to the méxico hub and you will be key in the transition process (knowledge capture, knowledge transfer, ramp up, go live and stabilization) to ensure operation enablement and stabilization avoiding business disruption
*accountabilities*
*responsibilities:
- executing sales payroll services by receiving and validating fulfilment requirements and by capturing incidence information in the payroll system.
- ensuring that our payroll meets operation controls.
- monitoring tickets to ensure that we comply with our sla's.
- leveraging technology to optimize payroll efficiency.
- escalating any issues and taking ownership of their resolution.
- communicating with and supporting local functional teams.
- conciliating and documenting process deliverables for audit preparation
- developing a thorough knowledge of pepsico's us business policies and labor legislation to enhance business processes.

*qualifications/requirements*:
- bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, accounting, finance, business administration or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in payroll, accounting or finance processes.
- advanced level of english (oral and written).
- functional knowledge of human resources processes (desirable).
- proficient in full suite of microsoft suite of products: word, excel, powerpoint, outlook
- customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills
- ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come up
