*key responsibilities*:
- create and iteratively refine ui prototypes (low
- through high-fidelity as appropriate) that effectively communicate design intent to the cross-functional product team and customers
- act as a user advocate on a continual basis by incorporating research insights, ux best practices, business needs, and the
- honeywell design language system in your designs
- contribute to cohesive design strategies that span multiple touchpoints for a product life cycle
- contribute to the scoping, planning, and tracking of assigned projects
- research to define requirements and test the usability of the result
- plan and conduct workshops
*you must have*:
- bachelor's degree in interaction design, graphic design, product design or related field
- 4+ years of industry experience in ui design (portfolio must be provided)
- proficiency with design tools for ui prototyping and visual asset creation (figma, sketch)
- experience in ux (personas, user journeys, research) and ui (wireframes, prototyping, and visual design concepts)
- be a curious, flexible, highly self-motivated person, with good interpersonal skills and a can-do/positive attitude to work under pressure
- excellent written and oral communication skills (spanish and english).
