olly olly is seeking an experienced digital production manager to oversee the business requirements and execution of our digital product.
they create schedules, procedures and quality control for all phases of production and ensure delivery of a high-value product.
they will oversee a team of implementation specialists, designers, developers and copywriters to deliver a best in class product for the digital customers of olly olly.
*position summary*
the digital production manager is responsible for prioritizing the use of available resources and ensuring that all necessary parts of production are completed on time by bringing multiple cross-functional teams together through cohesive communication.
this role will also establish and implement processes in support of overall organizational strategy.
multiple projects are worked on simultaneously, in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

- conducting research and analyze data to identify new business opportunities and efficiencies
- overseeing the launch of new product features that will delight olly olly customers
- defining what success looks like by measuring your team's impact to consistently integrating behavior data and customer feedback into product decisions.
- partnering with leadership team to identify areas of opportunity as well as identifying potential issues
- improving our digital product by sharpening and refining the content produced by the team to maintain high standards of output.
- collaborating with seo, copy, social media, qa, design, implementation and cos and development teams and acting as a mediator to ensure successful and timely product delivery.
- ensuring client facing teams are receiving a product that is error free and makes olly olly proud
- participating in the team culture at olly olly & providing feedback to your team on a regular basis, and partnering in efforts to improve current best practices and processes.

- you have a bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing or similar (preferred)
- you have experience in digital product management or similar role
- you have prior supervisory experience managing remote cross-functional teams (preferred)
- you've been in the trenches with your team and have a proven track record of driving significant, company-wide impact.
- you can craft a vision for your team and articulate strategies and tactics to deliver results
- you know how to lead problem discovery, analyze solutions and prioritize ruthlessly
- you have experience collaborating with ux/ui designers, developers and other product teams
- you have experience in product management for customer facing products in a fast paced environment
