As a talent marketing client partner, you will oversee one or more regional or global accounts, managing them from implementation through business-as-usual (bau) operations. Acting as the primary contact, you will lead strategy design, employer branding, and the execution of new projects, ensuring success throughout the entire lifecycle of the program.
key responsibilities
1. oversee the implementation of new accounts or re-implementation projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

4. support sales, renewals, pricing, and solution design efforts in partnership with the broader business.
5. serve as the central point of contact, ensuring alignment between stakeholders, plans, and timelines.
6. lead cross-functional teams across talent marketing and enterprise divisions to deliver results.
7. build and maintain collaborative relationships with agencies and vendor partners.
8. act as the primary liaison between clients and the talent marketing team, ensuring campaigns meet key performance indicators (kpis) and expectations.
9. foster strong relationships with sourcing and delivery teams.
