the customer service specialist assists with activities pertaining to customer service.
apply now!Responsibilities:orders entry/maintenance/completed orders.verify the pricing of new and existing products.expedite urgent or delayed orders and communicate delivery information to customers as needed.assist in product selection, clarification, and determining delivery timelines and deadlines.constant communication with the sales team, customers, brokers, manufacturers, and other groups to meet deadlines.document and follow up on customer instructions, including deadlines and issues.use strategies and processes to work toward annual, quarterly, or monthly goals and budgets while adhering to company policies.minimum qualifications:completed professional degree.3 to 5 years of experience in customer interaction/support.bilingual (spanish and english).experience in evaluating team members' performance and providing resources to improve customer service quality for associates.experience in efficiently promoting discounts and sales to customers to achieve sales targets.experience in supporting customers with placing, tracking, and making payments for their orders.knowledge of professionally handling customer inquiries and complaints.experience in responding to customer and potential customer inquiries via email, phone, and the internet.knowledge of entering and scheduling customer purchase orders and forecasted orders in the system.knowledge of managing customer portals and customer scorecards.proficiency in microsoft office (project, powerpoint, excel, word, etc.
