*the opportunity*
responsible for complete management of the pepsico foods north america(pfna) sector change and release management process.
this includes creating reporting and leadership of pre-review and approval meetings for every it change that impacts the pfna sector.
this role will ensure that each change request has all required activities completed prior to gaining approval, ensuring a smooth production implementation by the service owner.

as pfna sector change your responsibilities would consist of:
- collaborates with it teams to understand the scope of change items and ensure that all required items have completed prior to go-live
- create reporting for all changes impacting the pfna sector
- lead pre-review change meetings to ensure pfna leadership is aligned with upcoming production impacts
- lead change approval meetings to allow change owners the opportunity to represent the change and gain approval
- communicates all critical changes to cio teams to ensure engagement and alignment prior to implementation
- understanding of enterprise and global impacts of all changes impacting the pfna sector

strong communications and organizational skills with the ability to deal with ambiguity while juggling multiple priorities and projects at the same time
- 5+ years itsm service management for change and release
- 3+ years tableau report creation

technical skills required:
- highly proficient with reporting tools
- highly proficient with tableau
- proficient with business objects
- strong communication skills to work with business partners, it partners and leadership.
- strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, patterns to generate insight and develop service improvement plans
- able to demonstrate strong project management and project delivery experience, combined with strong communication and presentation skills
- proven track record with change management processes
- proven track record in delivering it strategic initiatives in a complex organization
- experience working in a multi-cultural environment and partnering with it professionals in multiple countries
- excellent remote management skills
- experience with financial systems and processes
- college degree or technical certifications preferred.
