Responsibilities

3. app & system setup: assist in setting up tools for outbound sales efforts, including email systems, crm sequencing, and lead management tools.
4. email and domain management: oversee the warm-up process for new email addresses and ensure optimal deliverability.
5. marketing communications: help craft clear, engaging messages that resonate with prospects and clients.
6. seo & content marketing: use basic seo techniques to enhance lead generation and marketing visibility.
7. customer interactions: engage with potential clients and customers, providing a positive and informative experience.
8. collaboration: work with both sales and marketing teams to ensure consistency in systems setup and outbound strategies.
9. performance metrics: track and meet key performance indicators (kpis) related to lead generation, campaign effectiveness, and system setup.
10. market research: stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to refine lead generation strategies.
qualifications
1. experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with hands-on experience using crm systems (e.g., hubspot, salesforce, etc.).
2. technical aptitude: experience with setting up and managing sales or marketing tools; ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
3. marketing knowledge: familiarity with seo and content marketing strategies.
4. customer facing: proven experience interacting with customers or clients in a sales or marketing capacity.
5. communication skills: excellent verbal and written communication skills in english.
6. self-starter: motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
7. adaptability: able to thrive in a dynamic environment and quickly adjust strategies as needed.
