The successful candidate will be directly hired by control risks as an embedded operations coordinator for one of our clients based in michoacán. The primary objective of this role is to monitor, analyze, and report on security threats within the state.
the operations coordinator will oversee the control risks security operations center (soc) operators based in mexico city and will be responsible for developing and coordinating the implementation of security protocols for travellers to michoacán.
responsibilities
* identify and analyze emerging threats that may impact operations and/or the security of agriculture inspectors.
* monitor real-time risks that could affect operations and compromise the safety of inspectors.
* collaborate continuously with security threat analysts to integrate threats and risks into comprehensive security reports.
requirements

* bachelor's degree in international relations, political science, security, criminology, or a related field.
* experience in intelligence gathering and analysis, real-time monitoring, and security risk assessment.
* training in active monitoring systems such as c5 or similar security intelligence platforms.
* ability to produce specialized security risk analysis products.
* strong ability to produce specialized security risk analysis reports.
* excellent written and verbal communication skills in both english and spanish.
* ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in high-risk environments.
* strong coordination and teamwork skills to collaborate with security analysts and field operators.
* proficiency in microsoft office tools, including excel for data analysis, powerpoint for presentations, and word for detailed reporting.
