- the role:
the pd underbody serviceability engineer manages the resources available to support fcsd requirements on transmissions, engines, batteries and e-trans produced by p/t plants.
- your impact:
- identifies and develop work plans to improve employee performance and satisfaction product.
- support cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
- interfaces with p/t plants, change control and pd systems to work on service parts
- interfaces with d&r component engineers to resolve compatibility service parts issues, developing a work plan as needed.
- coordinate and support the service kit meetings.
- coordinate and support the remanufacturer launch meetings.
- support global change control meetings: engines
- transmissions - batteries & e-trans.
- ensure that quality process and testing are follow when a new manufacturer is identified by fcsd. Track and maintain f/u weekly meetings as needed.
- support sta engineers on new remanufacturer process until j1 is meet.
- support fcsd buyer on cycle plans preparation as needed.
- support fcsd buyer on service parts compatibility studies as needed.
- support fcsd on fixed assets identification, removal and shipments as needed.
