thisposition is fully remote but we are looking for someone based inleon or querétaro areas.

you will focus on growing anddeveloping existing clients, as well as generating new business byidentifying, implementing and executing new strategies.
jobduties/tasks: - identifies, manages and commercializes new businessin the industrial and consumer segments or the automotive sectorwith ems-grivory product portfolio.
- achieves new businessdevelopment targets and marketing strategies required by management- provide input for long-term, 3-year plans and 1-year plans forindustrial and consumer segment.
- coordinates new businessdevelopment and key account activities with key account managers ineurope and asia - ensures and maintains a strong relationship withcustomers and prospects.
- ensures effective market coverage toachieve maximum sales and profit results - analyzes marketopportunities and develops programs to ensure realization of plansand recommends corrective measures where needed - communicates anymarket intelligence which affects competitiveness and customerrisks - participates in trade shows / exhibitions whereappropriate.
- ensures accurate and timely reporting of customercalls, expenses, itineraries, monthly reports, etc.
basicrequirements: - minimum of bachelor's degree in a relevanttechnology and / or business related field and / or relevantpractical experience.
- knowledge of one or more of the followingmarket segments industrial, consumer goods, or automotiveindustries are preferred.
- knowledge of sales processes.
-experience of project management and additional understanding oftechnical service and application development.
- excellentcommunication and social skills.
preferred experience: - minimum of5 years relevant b2b experience in the field of sales and businessdevelopment.
- knowledge of polymers including polyamides ideally,injection molding process, injection mold design or product design.- analytical with good judgement, business sense and problemsolving skills.
- a strong negotiator able to identify customers'needs and be persuasive when presenting ideas.
