lead management & follow-up - organize and track leads, schedule follow-ups, and engage with potential buyers and sellers.2.
appointment scheduling - coordinate and schedule property showings, client meetings, and open houses.4.
listing & marketing support - manage property listings, update mls, and assist with marketing materials and social media postings.5.
contract & document preparation - assist in drafting, collecting and organizing client documentation.6.
database management - maintain and update crm and other databases to ensure accurate client records.7.
administrative support - provide general administrative assistance, including data entry, research, and reporting.9.
