Join us in shaping the future of technology.*who we are looking for?*responsibilities*- lead and coach a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets through the implementation of effective sales strategies and techniques, such as consultative selling, solution selling, or value-based selling- utilize modern performance sales and campaigning tools such as salesforce, marketo, outreach, or pardot to drive revenue through lead generation, lead nurturing, and account-based marketing- analyze and improve calling strategies to increase conversion rates through the use of call scripting, call analytics, and call coaching- act as a key member of the senior management team, contributing to overall company strategy and decision making by providing insights on market trends, customer needs, and sales performance- manage and develop key account relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying new sales opportunities- develop and implement account management strategies to retain and grow revenue from existing customers- analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth within existing accounts- collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, to develop and deliver targeted sales campaigns to key accounts*role & career requirements*- proven track record of success in sales leadership, with experience managing and coaching sales teams, at least 5 years of experience in similar role- bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field- familiarity with software development and related technologies- experience in account management, with a proven ability to retain and grow revenue from existing customers*key skills*- expertise in modern performance sales and campaigning tools such as salesforce, marketo, outreach, or pardot- strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and decision making using tools such as excel, tableau, or power bi- strong oral and written communication abilities, able to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.- proven ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, displaying flexibility in approach.- positive and results-oriented attitude, with a focus on achieving targets and driving success
