under general supervision performs the following activities:
provides on-site customer support by answering customer inquiries regarding shipping, products, and services ensuring responsiveness to all needs, issues, and requirements.prepares labeling for all packages that will be ground-shipped to u.s. domestic fedex locations for fedex distribution in the u.s.coordinates loading of shipments at customer's location to meet customer's shipping schedules and requirements.may be required to perform other duties as assigned. Minimum requirements:
minimum education: high school degree/equivalent.proficiency in english (600 toeic points). Minimum experience: previous experience in customer service and familiarity with fedex products and services preferred.experience working in a fast-paced environment preferred. Minimum required skills: excellent human relations and organizational skills required.basic pc skills required.flexibility to work different shifts required.
