*about your role*outcomes*- improve the conversion rate of users who download our app and eventually obtain an approved credit- create and implement an experimentation methodology for improving the conversion rate- develop an experimental mindset and customer knowledge within the team- create the conversion rate optimization strategy for buaubap, including the necessary stack of tools and actions- deliver value and improve sprint by sprint, progressively increasing the number of approved credits*day to day*- identify areas of improvement in the mobile app user interface, navigation flow, and content presentation, and implement necessary changes to enhance conversions.- collaborate with mobile app development, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment of cro initiatives with overall business objectives and brand guidelines.- utilize data and insights to identify customer segments, develop personalized targeting strategies, and optimize marketing campaigns within the mobile app for increased conversion rates.- conduct thorough analysis of user behavior, conversion funnels, and mobile app performance using analytics tools and a/b testing methodologies.- develop and execute a comprehensive cro strategy specifically tailored to our mobile app to improve conversion rates and enhance user experience.- lead a team of cro specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management to drive results in mobile app optimization.- lead and manage the implementation of mobile app analytics tools, heatmaps, and user behavior tracking software to gather actionable data and optimize conversion performance specifically for mobile platforms.- stay informed about the latest cro tools, technologies, and best practices for mobile app optimization, and proactively recommend and implement new strategies to drive continuous improvement.
*requirements*:*what you bring to the team*- bachelor's degree- proven experience in mobile app conversion rate optimization, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably in an e-commerce, finance, retail or digital agency environment.- strong analytical skills with expertise in using mobile app analytics tools, a/b testing platforms, and data-driven decision-making.- experience with cro tools and software specifically designed for mobile apps, such as mixpanel, firebase, or similar platforms.- solid understanding of user experience (ux) principles for mobile apps, mobile app design, and user psychology
