browse our business development and partnerships team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.- manage a small team of associates and senior associates.- own our commercial kpis such as orders, gmv, rebate spending and related.- collaborate with business intelligence to decide our budget allocation strategy within our commercial areas.- understand the link between the operation and the kpis to formulate a sound strategy for commercial teams to follow.- champion cross-category and region communications to unify strategy, targets, and projects.- *manage internal stakeholders* (commercial managers, marketing teams, business intelligence, incubation team, seller acquisition team, and all related teams) to negotiate on merchandising spaces, manage expectations and provide an objective solution to potential resource conflicts among stakeholders.- lead internal commercial focused data analysis, goal setting and kpi monitoring.- perform necessary analysis to understand the impact of our commercial decisions such as: budget efficiency, items that perform best, item exposure effectiveness and similar- improve upon our flash sales, item collection and other merchandising spaces strategy in terms of item selection, budget spend, price points decision and related.
