given the company's global presence, they must be adept at working across different cultures, effectively leading and developing a diverse finance team working across entities in mexico, brazil, the usa and canada.
this role partners closely with the president, americas and leads key financial and management control processes across five manufacturing sites globally.
the cfo, americas will play a hands-on role in order to understand the complexities and challenges of each site and implement data-driven solutions to drive change.
they will be tasked to professionalize the business by creating systems and processes that are consistent across all entities, developing key performance metrics, and instilling a culture of operational excellence for the americas region while providing visible leadership to their direct reports.
this is an opportunistic time for a finance executive to embrace the challenge of building teams and driving meaningful change to position the business for long term success.the ideal candidate is a senior finance executive from the aerospace industry or alternatively, a multi-site, geographically dispersed industrial manufacturing environment.
prior experience working with top-tier auditing firms (e.g., pwc, deloitte, ey) will be considered an asset.
experience managing global teams and leading change management will be highly preferred.
they will be proficient in financial forecasting, reporting and risk mitigation, with advanced knowledge of accounting regulations, taxation and customs compliance.
