- responsible for the control of physical records for all employees.
- responsible for the roster administration on 2nd shift.
- responsible for the administration of employees levels.
- responsible for daily reports of turnover and absenteeism.
- support in monthly reports of absenteeism, overtime absenteeism, turnover.
- responsible for pre-payroll (incidents, follow up, and close)
- responsible for replenishment of voucher provision for 2nd shift (sodexo/pluxee)
- responsible for personnel attention.
- responsible for follow up and support of service & benefits during 2nd shift.
- responsible for one:one interview on 2nd shift
- ensure the implementation of the regulations and policies of the company.
- active participation in events throughout the year.
- support in the activities that the department requires.
