Objective:

main functions:
1.
analyzes efficient options to document and coordinate shipments.
2.
responsible for sending the pertinent information to process import/export procedures
(generates invoices in the inventory control system annex 24, follows procedures to obtain
permits, tariffs, etc.).

maintains contact with transportation companies and customs agencies, scheduling and
confirming movements in order to have an efficient flow of goods.
4.
makes monthly reports (import/export reports, scrap reports, statistical reports for inegi, units
exported, values declared, vat/igi tax, etc.
), which are necessary to submit reports to the
internal areas as they may request.
5.
responsible for maintenance of annex 24 catalog, as well as logs and reports.
6.
supports all programs and initiatives related to foreign trade.
7.
compiles documents for physical archives of pedimentos.
8.
controls the report of warehouse inventory entries in the usa and generates the revision order
of machinery and equipment.
experience required: 1 to 3 years, 1 in management of documents and import-export
procedures.

intermediate (technical reading and conversation).

intermediate/basic (use of office: word, excel, power point, etc.)
and application programs control systems of inventories such as that in annex 24 and
erp.
