We are here to build a high-performing team and capabilities to drive end-to-end operations across the business group, including interfacing with key support functions and stakeholders to ensure we meet our internal and external commitments.leader in this role will be accountable for designing, building and running a workforce enablement function that influences 600+ team members across the overall business group. Key focus areas include:- build and run workforce, capacity model and governance across overall business group with 600+ team members- pipeline rationalization, planning, forecasting to deliver on customer commitments and staff for growth- drive to define and run business group workforce planning aligned to strong kpis- select, implement and run workforce management tool- develop and run programs to build a strong pipeline of internal talent: early career, internships, prep program, mentorship, apprenticeship to run complex customer deployments- training programs for services teams & other- employee experience programs across business group- contingent worker model and administration for the business group*_ job family definition:_*establishes and defines high-impact, long term (5+ years) business strategies at the corporate or business level. Tracks financial, sales and market data to evaluate actual performance and makes recommendations to business leaders on performance target achievement.
