*roles and responsibilities*:- manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally- utilize crm tool to document and track all interactions with customers- support service level agreements (sla) by providing insights into performance metrics- identify customers' needs and be able to troubleshoot product-related issues- validate warranty while adhering to company return policies- provide solutions for out of warranty products, including opportunities for upselling- coordinate with logistics/operations to ensure timey handling of rma requests- offer constructive feedback to the quality team regarding recurring issues*requirements and skills*- high school diploma or equivalent- previous experience in a customer support role- strong phone and verbal communication skills- ability to multitask and prioritize effectively- customer-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to various personality types- bilingual in english and french; additional languages are a plus.
